Professor Dr. Sami Bashir Al-Hasnawi, Director of the Continuing Education Center, followed up on the activities of the University Teaching and Training Development Center, which he is responsible for managing. He organized a visit to the training course for faculty development, where he reviewed the implementation mechanisms and the level of trainee engagement with the training program’s content.
Dr. Al-Hasnawi also launched the “Trainee Satisfaction Survey” initiative, which aims to measure the effectiveness of training methods and the content of the training materials, as well as to evaluate logistical aspects and course management.
The initiative aims to identify strengths and weaknesses, develop the content and training tools, and enhance the quality of the facilities and services available for conducting courses within the center, in line with the requirements of quality and continuous improvement.
The Director of the Center emphasized the need to give special attention to the program in developing teaching staff in applied sciences by integrating advanced topics in professional ethics and academic responsibility. This will ensure the preparation of instructors with solid scientific competence and professional conduct that enhances confidence in the educational institution. He noted that the center continues to adopt initiatives that contribute to raising the efficiency of training programs and supporting faculty members, thereby strengthening the university’s role in serving the educational process and building academic capacity.
