The training course was held at the College of Science, Al-Qadisiyah University. The course was presented by Professor Dr. Nabil Abdul-Ridha and Assistant Professor Dr. Tayba Ibrahim Mohammed

The course recommended that purification and drying of solvents is a crucial step in the laboratory because the presence of traces of water or impurities (such as oxides or inhibitors) can lead to complete reaction failure, especially in reactions sensitive to air and humidity. This can be achieved through the use of modern scientific methods, which were discussed during the course.
