Al-Qadisiyah University – with its eighteen faculties – enjoys a good reputation among its peer Iraqi universities, especially the leading ones.

We have started – after relying on God – and with the enthusiasm of the university’s people serious steps and relentless pursuit, for our university to take its true and advanced position in information technology systems and electronic governance, in pursuit of obtaining international accreditation in line with the prestigious reputation of the Iraqi professor. And, this requires us to take care of this professor and make him/her one of our top priorities in the next stage. In addition, we also seek to implementing the government program (2018-2022) with confident steps and optimistic outlooks towards the future, with the aim of consolidating higher education and upgrading our university to the ranks of international universities.

We also seek to achieve the philosophy of higher education at the country level to be within the ambition achieved on the ground of reality, by meeting the needs of the state and society, and providing them with experts in various scientific and humanitarian disciplines.

I send my sincere greetings to the partners in success, the staff and faculty members of the university, including deans, instructors, employees and students, as they race against time to make the flag of their university as high as other flags in the sky of knowledge.

I ask Almighty God to protect Iraq as a sovereign and safe country filled – as it always does – with goodness, generosity and civilization for all of humanity.
