The Master’s thesis, titled “Stability Analysis of Stochastic Dynamics for Some Novel Stochastic Models of Cancer Tumor Growth,” was discussed at the College of Science, Al-Qadisiyah University. The thesis was presented by researcher Khansaa Kadhim Hashim and supervised by Professor Dr. Ihsan Jabbar Kadhim.
The thesis aimed to develop quantitative tools to improve cancer treatment strategies using stochastic dynamics systems generated by stochastic differential equation models. It presented a comprehensive mathematical framework for studying viral tumor lysate therapy in a stochastic environment.
The most important conclusions included the stability of the stochastic dynamics systems assumed to represent viral therapy, and consequently, the effectiveness of the viral therapy under study. The results also demonstrated that stochastic analysis provides deeper insights than traditional deterministic modeling.
The most important recommendations include expanding this type of research and using stochastic differential equation models instead of traditional deterministic differential equations, as well as establishing research teams comprised of mathematicians and researchers in the fields of medicine and cancer pathology.
