Under the guidance of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yassiri, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department continues its active participation in specialized training courses and workshops aimed at developing academic and administrative skills. These courses are conducted in the presence of the Department Director, Professor Dr. Abbas Sabbar, and in cooperation and coordination with the Continuing Education Center, under the supervision of the Center’s Director, Professor Dr. Sami Bashir Al-Hasnawi.

The training programs include intensive lectures and workshops in the fields of English language, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. These programs are part of a well-structured plan to develop the skills of staff and enhance their efficiency in line with the requirements of modern academic work and the digital transformation in higher education institutions.

Those responsible for these courses emphasized that their implementation aligns with the vision of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, which aims to build qualified human resources capable of keeping pace with scientific and technological advancements. This directly contributes to enhancing the quality of institutional performance and achieving the requirements for institutional accreditation. The courses also witnessed positive interaction from the participants, due to their applied scientific content and modern training methods, which reflects the university’s keenness to invest in developing its human resources as the main pillar for advancing the educational process and improving its outcomes.
