The Iraqi Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Training Center, in cooperation with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Women’s and Children’s Teaching Hospital in Diwaniyah, continues to hold weekly lectures, training workshops, and clinical case discussion sessions, in addition to seminars and conferences that contribute to the exchange of experiences and keeping pace with the latest developments in obstetrics and gynecology.

These activities aim to enhance professional competence, develop clinical skills, and encourage scientific research, which will positively impact the quality of health services provided to Iraqi women.

The center is also a key pillar in developing specialized medical personnel in the field of women’s health care. It strives to achieve the highest scientific and professional standards in education, training, and research, stemming from its mission to advance the clinical and scientific performance of resident physicians.
