Within the framework of strengthening scientific and medical partnerships and exchanging expertise with relevant government institutions, the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Aqeel Rahim Al-Barqawi, signed a joint cooperation document with the Director General of the Diwaniyah Health Department, Dr. Muhannad Aneem Al-Mayali, to strengthen mutual relations and joint field work.
The document includes joint scientific and medical activities between the College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University, the Diwaniyah Health Department, and its affiliated hospitals and health centers, with the attendance of a select group of doctors and directors of hospitals and health centers.
The document aims to work on exchanging expertise between academic and service institutions, which will improve the quality of medical education, enhance educational outcomes, develop knowledge structures and medical accreditation, and provide health institutions with specialized personnel. It also aims to advance scientific research and joint training, and consolidate the foundations of development and community service.
