A book titled “Explanation of the Chapters of Hippocrates by Galen the Wise” was published by Dar Shams al-Andalus in Baghdad by Assistant Professor Dr. Karar al-Fahham, a lecturer at the College of Education at al-Qadisiyah University. This book is considered one of the most important books by the “Father of Physicians,” Hippocrates, who was the first to introduce anatomy into medicine. It is one of the most important medical books in the ancient world and addresses many diseases in terms of diagnosis and treatment, as well as the timing of disease occurrence in terms of the seasons, and the effect of latitude and longitude on the occurrence of diseases.
