Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Abbas Al-Shammari, Lecturer Dr. Naseer Abdul-Hussein Jabbar, Lecturer Haider Salah Abdul-Amir, and Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Yahya Mohammed—all faculty members at Al-Qadisiyah University—have obtained the Certified Trainer (IQ-Learn TOT) certificate. This achievement falls under the Government Program project (the “Fifth Smart Education Platform”), developed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Department of Development and Human Resources) to enhance and elevate the standard of education in Iraqi universities.
