A Master’s thesis entitled “Social Entrepreneurial Capability and its Impact on Social Entrepreneurial Career Decisions through the Mediation of Entrepreneurial Activity” was discussed in the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, Al-Qadisiyah University. The thesis was presented by researcher Tamara Jabbar Saib and supervised by Professor Dr. Ihsan Dahash Chillab.

The study aimed to identify the impact of social entrepreneurial capability on social entrepreneurial career decision-making and to demonstrate the mediating role of entrepreneurial activity in strengthening this relationship among university students.

The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a significant positive impact of social entrepreneurial capability on social entrepreneurial career decision-making, as well as a positive impact of social entrepreneurial capability on entrepreneurial activity.

Among the most important recommendations of the study was the necessity for universities to include social entrepreneurship concepts in their curricula and to provide training programs and practical activities that contribute to developing social entrepreneurial capability and enhancing entrepreneurial activity among students. This would support their inclination towards making social entrepreneurial career decisions that contribute to achieving sustainable development and serving the community.
