In a significant achievement that adds to the series of accomplishments of the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University, thanks to its distinguished faculty and researchers, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has approved the book “Administrative Judiciary” as a core textbook for Iraqi universities after rigorous peer review and evaluation.  This book is authored by Professor Dr. Adnan Ajil Obeid, in collaboration with the esteemed Professor Dr. Ghazi Faisal Mahdi, a professor emeritus at the College of Law, Al-Nahrain University, Baghdad.

It is designed for third-year law students to teach them the art of advocacy and litigation before Iraqi administrative courts, based on a comparative study with the French and Egyptian Councils of State.

The book is distinguished by its clear and accessible style, rich content of up-to-date information, and its inclusion of recent administrative court rulings. This equips law students with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective advocacy, preparing them to become competent professionals capable of keeping pace with modern legal and judicial developments.
