Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Dentistry organized a training workshop entitled “Developing Professional Skills in the Job Market.” The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Noor Jalawi.

The workshop aimed to enhance the benefits of individual competitiveness, bridge the gap between academic education and market demands, highlight the advantages of developing communication skills with patients, and explore the benefits of utilizing artificial intelligence.

The workshop recommended the importance of continuous self-learning, building an effective professional network, focusing on adaptability to rapid digital changes, and transforming these changes to benefit the workplace.
