A master’s thesis entitled “The Mediating Role of Organizational Health in the Relationship Between High Inclusion Practices and Sustainable Organizational Performance – An Analytical Study” was discussed in the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, Al-Qadisiyah University. The thesis was presented by researcher Sajjad Salman Ziyad Al-Aridhi, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Rawnak Kadhim Hussein and Assistant Professor Dr. Latif Abdul-Ridha Atiyah.

The study aimed to determine whether the mediating role of organizational health influences the relationship between high inclusion practices and sustainable organizational performance in selected colleges in the Middle Euphrates region. The study concluded that the main hypotheses were accepted, demonstrating a direct causal relationship between the independent variable (high inclusion practices) and the dependent variable (sustainable organizational performance) through the mediation of organizational health.

The study offered a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to focus on sustainable performance in Iraqi universities by establishing employee inclusion practices and providing a healthy work environment.
