Within the framework of expanding scientific and academic cooperation between Al-Qadisiyah University and regional and international universities, a delegation from Al-Qadisiyah University participated in the preparatory meeting for the joint scientific conference to be hosted by Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in cooperation with the College of Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University in April 2026. The College of Administration and Economics at Al-Qadisiyah University, in cooperation with the Al-Furatain Foundation and Ferdowsi University, also initiated the signing of a twinning and joint cooperation agreement between the two educational institutions.
The participation was based on an official invitation from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and on the cooperation agreement signed with the College of Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University, which aims to organize a high-quality scientific conference that keeps pace with academic developments and strengthens research partnerships between the two sides.
The meeting was attended by a number of academic figures from the Iranian side, while the Al-Qadisiyah University delegation included Professor Dr. Nabil Omran Moussa, Professor Dr. Hussein Fallah Ward, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Hadi Aboud, and Assistant Professor Dr.  Mustafa Lafteh Madi.  The meeting resulted in an agreement to hold a joint scientific conference between the College of Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University and the Al-Furatain Foundation in April 2026, entitled “Humanities and Sustainable Development in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: New Horizons in Scientific Research and Innovation.” The meeting also discussed the details of activating memoranda of understanding related to academic programs, postgraduate studies, organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences, and exchanging scientific expertise.
Meanwhile, the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Qadisiyah University initiated the signing of a twinning and joint cooperation agreement between the two educational institutions. This agreement comes within the framework of the vision of the College of Administration and Economics and the Al-Furatain Foundation to enhance the quality of education and develop scientific research in the fields of administration, economics, and administrative sciences.
