The College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University installed a solar energy system for outdoor lighting and surveillance cameras. Based on its deep belief in the importance of shifting to clean energy and preserving the environment, the College Deanship has begun using the solar energy system to power outdoor lighting and surveillance cameras at night, an important step in the College’s plan to adopt renewable energy technologies and reduce the burden on the national electricity grid.

This project falls within the College’s vision of achieving optimal use of resources and promoting the concept of a green university that relies on sustainable solutions in managing its energy and operating its facilities. This contributes to supporting national efforts aimed at shifting to alternative and environmentally friendly energy sources.
