The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University hosted a leadership initiative course titled “Developing a Project Plan.” The course was attended by a number of students and graduates. The course was organized by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division of the University Presidency. The course, presented by Eng. Farouk Sabry and Eng. Karar Thaban Khashan, trainers at the Leadership Center, addressed creating an effective environment for investing in the skills and talents of young people and job seekers, training and preparing them for the labor market, building and developing their capacities, stimulating and activating the culture of entrepreneurship, investing in creative and innovative ideas, and acquiring developmental skills to keep pace with change, identifying variables, and interacting with them in all fields, creating a productive knowledge-based and scientific society. The course also focused on making training and educational institutions an incubator for creativity and a place for skill acquisition. The course aims to build and develop the capacities of students and young graduates, foster innovation and creative ideas, provide training and financing, and provide advanced job opportunities during and after their studies. It also aims to develop technical skills and utilize electronic applications.
