The course aimed to provide a platform for dialogue and exchange of experiences, helping women, and young women in particular, make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. It also demonstrated how women can follow their passions while simultaneously choosing a major that guarantees stable and rewarding employment opportunities. The course covered several topics, including the importance of balancing passion and reality: how women can discover their true passions and identify majors that align with them, taking into account the employment opportunities available in those fields. It also addressed promising majors in the current and future labor market: a review of the most prominent sectors and majors witnessing growth and increasing demand for female talent, such as technology, healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, and others.
