Leadership behavior in terms of organizational justice and the cognitive level of scout leaders inside and outside camps and scout teams in the Middle Euphrates region. M.A. thesis


A master’s thesis was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, entitled “Leadership Behavior as a Relationship to Organizational Justice and the Cognitive Level of Scout Leaders Inside and Outside Camps and Scout Teams in the Middle Euphrates Region.” The thesis was presented by student Khalil Ibrahim Abdul Wahid, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Fayez Hassan Abdul Sada.
The thesis aimed to develop measures for the variables of leadership behavior, organizational justice, and cognitive level. It aimed to identify the level of leadership behavior, organizational justice, and cognitive level of Scout leaders by applying the three measures and identifying leadership behavior as a result of organizational justice and cognitive level.
The most important conclusions are that the relationship is positive in terms of the correlation between organizational justice, cognitive level, and leadership behavior of Scout leaders. The percentage of contribution of organizational justice and cognitive level to leadership behavior reached (0.943).
The most important recommendations are to conduct and intensify courses that contribute to developing organizational justice in the work environment, raising the cognitive level, and the possibility of benefiting from and relying on the measures developed in this research. It also aims to conduct similar research on other variables that may affect and be related to leadership behavior.
