A doctoral thesis was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, titled “The Effect of High-Intensity Intermittent Training and Playing with Different Surfaces on Some Biomotor Abilities, Skills, and Tactical Performance of Young Soccer Players.” The thesis was presented by student Mohammed Jadou’ Hani, under the supervision of Prof. Wissam Faleh Jaber.
The thesis aimed to identify the effect of high-intensity intermittent training and playing with different surfaces on developing some biomotor and skill abilities and tactical performance of young soccer players.
The most important conclusions are that high-intensity intermittent training and playing with different surfaces led to the development of biomotor and skill abilities and tactical performance of young soccer players.
The most important recommendations include the necessity of using high-intensity intermittent training to develop the biomotor abilities of young soccer players, as well as using playing with different surfaces during the special preparation phase to develop complex skills and tactical performance of young soccer players.
