Master’s thesis: S.A.Q training and its impact on some biomotor abilities, offensive and defensive skills, and tactical behavior of the Iraqi Kabaddi national team players.

A master’s thesis was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, entitled “S.A.Q. Training and its Effect on Some Biokinetic Abilities, Offensive and Defensive Skills, and Tactical Behavior of Iraqi Kabaddi National Team Players.” The thesis was presented by Ali Sari Sabr and supervised by Prof. Akram Hussein Jabr.
The aim of the thesis was to develop S.A.Q. training to develop some biokinetic abilities, offensive and defensive skills, and tactical behavior among Iraqi Kabaddi national team players. It also aimed to identify the differences between the pre- and post-tests of the experimental and control groups in developing some biokinetic abilities, offensive and defensive skills, and tactical behavior among Iraqi Kabaddi national team players.
Main Conclusions: S.A.Q. training has clearly proven effective in improving the biokinetic abilities of Iraqi Kabaddi national team players. S.A.Q. training contributed to the development of offensive and defensive skills and tactical behavior, due to its direct connection to improved biomotor abilities among Iraqi kabaddi national team players. The most important recommendations are to adopt S.A.Q. training as one of the basic training methods within the physical and technical preparation program for kabaddi players, given its direct impact on improving integrated performance (physical, skill, tactical).
