The effect of slow-rhythm training on maximum strength, some chemical variables, and the numerical achievement of young strength athletes. A master’s thesis .

A master’s thesis was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, entitled “The Effect of Training According to Different Movement Patterns on Developing Maximum Strength and Physiological Variables in the Pursuit of Achieving the Best Numerical Achievement for Young Strength Players.” The thesis was presented by student Haider Jassim Mohammed Al-Hamidawi and supervised by Prof. Dr.  Wissam Faleh Jaber

The thesis aimed to identify the effect of slow-tempo training on maximum strength, some chemical variables, and numerical achievement of young strength players. It also aimed to identify the differences between the pre- and post-tests for both the experimental and control groups for all research variables.
