Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, inaugurated the buildings of the departments of accounting techniques, legal management, surveying techniques, and oil and gas refining at the Technical Institute of Samawah and confirmed the continued development of the technical education environment while keeping pace with global developments.
Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi asserted that interest in technical education is based on the fact that education is the beginning of the development renaissance and is the way to develop the skills of young people, develop their abilities, and provide them with the knowledge and experience necessary for effective participation in the labour market.
Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi continued that the Iraqi government has paid great attention to the technical education sectors to achieve sustainable development, produce national artistic and technical segments armed with the experience and skills necessary to accelerate the wheel of the economy, and provide the industrial and technical sectors with human resources that support the country’s position locally, regionally, and internationally.
Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi , in the presence of the Governor of Muthanna, the Chairman of its Council, and university presidents, inspected the Department of Building and Construction Technologies and the smart hall building at the Technical Institute in Samawah, stressing that the Ministry continues to complete urban projects in universities and rehabilitate existing ones in order to provide an advanced educational environment for students and teaching staff before the start of the year. The new school will be ready to receive students.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honoured a number of martyrs’ families and an elite group of distinguished people in the field of scientific research and international publishing.
