In implementation of the instructions and recommendations of Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, regarding openness and cooperation with international universities, Prof. Kazem Al-Jubouri The President of the University of Al-Qadisiyah meets with the President of the Islamic Azad University/Kermanshah branch.

The two parties discussed  scientific cooperation and worked to determine the general framework for knowledge exchange in accordance with a strategic vision that allows the two parties to hold joint conferences, seminars, and workshops, as well as joint publishing and joint supervision within postgraduate programmes in various disciplines of science, technology, agriculture, medicine, clean energy, and laboratories.
