The College of Fine Arts at the University of Al-Qadisiyah Holds a Joint Art Exhibition and a Charity Bazaar   


        Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Kadhim Jabur Al-Jubouri, Ph.D.  and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Kadhim Nuwair Al-Zubaidi, Ph.D. and in the attendence of the Assistant Dean for the  Scientific Affairs, Professor  Ali Jarad Al-Humairi, Ph.D. and the Assistant  Dean for the Administrative Affairs, Professor Halim Hatif, Ph.D. and with the follow-up of the Head of the Department  of Art Education Professor Muhammad Jassim Al-Shubaili, Ph.D.  A joint art exhibition has been  held in the gardens of the College of Fine Arts for the full-time students of the third stage of entitled (The English Language in its Artistic Form) under the supervision of the English language teaching staff member , Asst. Instructor Hanan Jamal Ali.   

       The exhibition has included a group of scientific and educational posters in English language, which have documented the explanation and review of the rules of the English language in a simplified and understandable and in a beautiful artistic manner and style. The exhibition also has included a group of artistic paintings with various topics, artistic techniques and different colour experiments, documenting scenes from nature and some well-known artistic and academic figures.  

       In conjunction with the exhibition, the students also held a charity bazaar that included handmade products produced by the full-time students of the third stage at the Department of Art Education, in which its beneficial revenues to support orphans in cooperation with the Al-Ain Foundation for Social Welfare in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, in which the students of the  department have  presented a group of handmade artistic products including:  the art of design, sewing and embroidering clothes, accessories and gifts made of beautiful natural roses, waxing activities, decorating and beautification with perfumes and incense, drawing with henna and drawing on glass, as well as offering a range of popular dishes, pastries, juices and hot drinks.
