The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Al-Qadisiyah University, organized a training course entitled “Analytical Thinking Skills and Sound Decision-Making.” The course was presented by Asst. Lec. Mona Na’ma and Ms. Sarah Sadiq, and managed by Ms. Mi’ad Qadir.

The training course aimed to empower participants, especially women, with the tools of logical thinking and the ability to analyze complex problems effectively, leading to balanced and sound decisions that contribute to enhancing institutional and individual performance.

Its content addresses key themes, beginning with the concept of analytical thinking and its mechanisms, moving through methods of data collection and filtering, diagnosing the root causes of problems, and culminating in strategies for formulating and evaluating available options based on risk management and standardized comparison for implementing and monitoring sound decisions.
