President of Al-Qadisiya University Launches Free Transportation Initiative for Students and Staff Using Environmentally Friendly Electric Cars.

The President of Al-Qadisiya University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yassiri, launched a new initiative for free transportation for students and staff by providing environmentally friendly electric cars.

The initiative included providing a fleet of electric vehicles and conducting a tour of the university campus accompanied by a select group of university council members to enhance the services provided by the university administration to our students and staff.

The move towards purchasing electric cars to transport Al-Qadisiya University students is not only about providing a modern means of transportation, but also represents a strategic investment that aligns with the trends of universities worldwide.  Sustainable transportation is a key indicator in many global university rankings related to sustainability and the environment, in addition to its role in:
