The Digital Transformation Management Unit at Al-Qadisiyah University held a workshop to develop examination committee systems and the Student Information System (SIS) at the College of Nursing.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Sattar Abdul-Hassan Al-Fatlawi, the Digital Transformation Management Unit held a specialized in-person workshop entitled “Addressing Problems and Challenges Related to the Work of Examination Committees and the Student Information System (SIS)” at the College of Nursing. The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Dirgham Majeed Al-Fatlawi, and a number of professors and system administrators from various colleges.

The workshop focused on mechanisms to improve electronic and administrative processes at the university and included discussions on key topics, most notably:

* Examination Committee Challenges: Reviewing the most prominent technical and administrative obstacles facing the committees and developing effective solutions to address them.

* Student Information System (SIS): Reviewing the system’s technical procedures and mechanisms for updating data and ensuring its high accuracy.

A dialogue session was held to address questions and inquiries raised by attendees, contributing to improved workflow and enhanced institutional performance.

The workshop witnessed significant interaction thanks to the valuable presentations delivered by a select group of specialists from the university administration, namely:

1. Prof. Dr. Ali Atshan Khalaf, Director of the Student Affairs and Registration Department.

2. Asst. Prof. Dr. Manar Jundi, Head of the Digital Transformation Management Unit at the university administration.

3. Mr. Mohammed Thamer, HR System Administrator.

4. Mr. Zaid Hamid, SIS System Administrator.

5. Mr. Sadiq Mohammed Khayoun, SIS System Administrator.

At the conclusion of the workshop, and in accordance with the university’s policy of supporting outstanding talent, the Dean of the College of Nursing, Professor Dr. Dirgham Majeed Al-Fatlawi, presented the presentation team with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their exceptional efforts and their active role in transferring knowledge and overcoming technical obstacles for examination and administrative staff.
