The impact of scholarships on the future of education in Iraq.


At the College of Veterinary Medicine, the College’s Rehabilitation and Employment Division, a scientific symposium was held, entitled “The Impact of Scholarships on the Future of Education in Iraq.” Asst. Lec.  Abdullah Kamel Mohammed and veterinarian Sara Sadiq Shaker

The symposium aimed to develop education in Iraq through study missions and encourage the increase of study missions.

The symposium included two axes. The first included an introduction and raising academic and scientific standards as part of the importance of study missions. The second included the qualification of teaching staff, the role of study missions, and a conclusion. The symposium also highlighted the role of study missions in developing education within Iraq and transferring several experiences from abroad to Iraq, contributing to the development of education in Iraq and placing it among the most advanced countries in the world.
