Preparations to participate in the International Commercial Arbitration Competition

As part of its ongoing efforts to enable its students to engage in prestigious international academic events, the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University is preparing to participate in the Seventh International Commercial Arbitration Competition, which will be organized by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in January 2026.

The college has paid special attention to qualifying its student team through an intensive training program that includes skills in preparing legal memoranda and drafting regulations, as well as providing them with practical experience in the art of pleading before international arbitration bodies. This program was implemented under the supervision of a group of college professors specializing in arbitration law, including Assis. Prf. Dr. Sinan Abdul Hamza Tayeh and Prof. Asaad Fadel Mandeel

Through this participation, the College affirms its continued commitment to engaging its students in international academic activities that contribute to refining their legal personalities and enhancing their research and practical skills. This will keep pace with labor market requirements and enhance the College’s position in regional and international academic forums.
