Assistant lecturer Radwan Ali Katea, a lecturer at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University, published a scientific paper in the journal Molecular Diversity, published by Springer Nature. The journal is indexed in Scopus and Clarivate, and has an impact factor of 3.8. It is also ranked in the first quartile (Q1) of Scopus. The paper is titled “A Decade of Progress in Transition Metal-Catalyzed Sulfide Reductions.”

The paper addresses recent developments in transition metal-based catalytic systems for the deoxygenation of sulfoxides to sulfides.
