Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi invites all foreigners to sign up for the “Study in Iraq” program. This program has 14,322 study places available at 59 public and private universities in Iraq in fields such as medicine, health sciences, engineering, natural sciences, agriculture, veterinary medicine, administration, law, politics, education, and the humanities for the academic year 2024–2025.

Providing free educational opportunities for individuals who wish to continue their studies in Iraq, including covering the costs of tuition and accommodation. The initiative aims to encourage cultural diversity in the academic environment and enhance international understanding and cooperation.
