The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has issued a ministerial order for appointing thirty eight holders of master and doctoral degrees to the staff of the ministry’s center based on the effective decisions and legislation.

       The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites those whose names are published on the official website (www.mohesr.gov.iq) to proceed from the date of publication of the announcement.
