The thesis was conducted by researcher Zaid Ali Kadhim Majeed and supervised by Professor Dr. Erteqa Yahya Hafez Al-Kafai.

The thesis aimed to determine the effectiveness of a mind reading program in developing the attribution of desires and intentions to others in children with autism spectrum disorder and in developing and enhancing children’s mental abilities to recognize and understand the desires and intentions of others.

The most important conclusions are that training children with autism spectrum disorder based on mind reading theory contributes to enriching their ability to attribute desires and intentions to others. Furthermore, the adoption of the mind reading program empowers students to play a positive role in the learning process and mitigates behaviors associated with autism spectrum disorder.

The most important recommendation is to utilize mind reading theory (TOM) sessions in autism centers to train children with autism spectrum disorder. Attributing desires and intentions to others necessitates that the Directorate of Preparation and Training at the Ministry of Education organize courses for educational counselors to conduct sessions based on the theory of mind reading.

The Master’s thesis, titled “The Effectiveness of a Mind Reading Program in Developing the Attribution of Desires and Intentions to … Read More

[25

post-4537","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news
["GET
