A Master’s thesis entitled “The Importance of Green Trade Policies in Developing Countries’ Exports: Iraq – Future Visions” was discussed in the Economics Department at the College of Administration and Economics, Al-Qadisiyah University. The thesis was presented by researcher Ali Jalil Musa’id and supervised by Assistant Professor Sahar Karim Gati’.<\/p>\n
The study aimed to highlight the concept of green trade policies and their economic importance, as well as the relationship between green trade, the green economy, and sustainable development on the one hand, and exports to developing countries, analyzing the current investment landscape on the other.<\/p>\n
The study recommended a number of measures, most notably the necessity of adopting a comprehensive national strategy for transitioning to a green economy, aligning economic, trade, and environmental legislation with international green trade standards, and strengthening the role of the private sector in developing green industries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
