A Master’s thesis in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education, Al-Qadisiyah University, entitled “The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards and Their Relationship to Self-Regulation Among Al-Qadisiyah University Faculty,” was presented by researcher Noura Jassim Jafat and supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Kahraman Hadi Awda.<\/p>\n

The most important conclusions included a statistically significant level of adherence to ISTE standards among Al-Qadisiyah University faculty at both the overall and sub-levels, with the learner standard ranking highest. This indicates faculty members’ interest in continuous professional development and their academic and technical advancement. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation was found between ISTE standards and self-regulation. Self-regulation, with these standards contributing to predicting self-regulation.<\/p>\n
Key recommendations include adopting ISTE standards as a framework for developing teaching performance and professional development for faculty members, implementing specialized training programs to develop the standards most closely related to self-regulation, particularly (digital citizen, designer, leader, and learner), and enhancing faculty members’ self-regulation skills through workshops and mentoring programs that focus on planning, time management, and self-monitoring.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
