The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific workshop entitled “Electronic Addiction.” The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Rasha Abbas and Lecturer Karar Talal.<\/p>\n
The workshop aimed to identify the dangers of excessive and uncontrolled use of digital technologies to the point where it begins to negatively impact a person’s daily life. The workshop also included a definition of electronic addiction, its types, and its classification into different categories according to individuals’ habits in using digital devices and digital content.
