  7. To provide scientific and technical consultations to public and private sector institutions.<\/li>\n
  8. To promote applied research.<\/li>\n
  9. To instill principles of ethics, good conduct, and responsibility in students.<\/li>\n
  10. To raise the level of critical thinking and the capacity for lifelong self-learning.<\/li>\n
  11. To support applied research that addresses local community problems.<\/li>\n
  12. To develop digital and personal student services to support the university environment.<\/li>\n
